Another reason why I like the Nokia N97 and other Nokia phones with dual-LEDs flash is that I can record videos at night with the flash on. My dedicated HD camcorder Sanyo HD1010 can’t even do that. Check it out while I ramble and walk the streets at night for this video test.

It wasn’t completely dark because the street lamps were on, but the dual-LEDS are bright enough to help light subjects a couple of feet away. The Nokia N97 records video at 640×352 resolution by default for widescreen aspect, but you can change it to 640×480 in the settings for a 4:3 aspect ratio.
