Nokia C7 Hands-on Overview

The Nokia C7 was officially announced at Nokia World and we got Lloyd from the Experience Lounge to give us a hands-on overview. The Nokia C7 features a 3.5-inch AMOLED display and a stunning combination of stainless steel, glass and soft edges. It is marketed as a sleek social networking smartphone.

An interesting feature on the Nokia C7 is the full focus camera instead of autofocus. All objects 100 cm to infinity stay in focus. It is expected in Q4 2010 for an estimated retail price of EUR 335, excluding taxes and subsidies.

    Sweet Android killah. Does it have a 3D hardware accelerator by any chance?

      I think it have the same GPU as the N8, Broadcom BCM2727 because C7 also have 720p recording/playing capabilities

        Mark, two questions: you say full focus camera… it means no macro capabilities? has the camera Carl Zeiss lenses?

        Oh! and also… what will happen tomorrow? anything about N9 or Meego device??

    SO DAM SEXY!!! Thats Why I’ll ALWAYS stick with NOKIA. Amazing camera/video, Sexy looking phones, Great display, Great internal memory, FREE OVI maps/turn by turn navigation and all of the standard stuff that Nokia adds like FM Radio, FM Transmitter, Internet Radio ect. In other phones, you have to get an APP to support it but NOT NOKIA.

      I agree… but Nokia could create a better C7… why no autofocus? what happened with Carl Zeiss optics? and… why the C7 box is so poor??

        You forget, the new S^3 series have full focus, which is very good, except for extreme close ups. I think it is a very good solution.

    Symbian 3 doesn’t have internet radio and most good apps on other platforms are free or have a free version……. and most have auto focus. I think this is a really nice looking device but no auto focus means no interest on my part

    A really impressive video. If I didn’t want the superior camera performance of N8 I would certainly wait for C7. The price should be lower as well.

    i don’t know how to pass music to other mobile? why there is no bluetooth for music and there is no DELETE menu in music playlist. what will i do.
