Nokia to Produce Lumia 900 Directly, Outsource Entry-Level Devices
While the production of the Nokia Lumia 800 and Lumia 710 were outsourced to Taiwanese original device manufacturer (ODM) Compal, DigiTimes reports that the high-end Nokia Lumia 900 will be manufactured by Nokia themselves. Nokia will continue to subcontract its entry-level devices to ODM’s.

We’re expecting to hear more about the Nokia Lumia 900 on December 9th during Nokia’s CES press conference. It’s rumored to include 4.3-inch WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, 8-megapixel camera, and 1830mAh battery. People in the know are expecting it on AT&T with LTE.
If Digitimes’ report is right, do you think there will be noticeable differences in build quality between outsourced devices and those manufactured directly by Nokia?
