From Internet Explorer, click ‘Add to Favorites.’ Type ‘Jump to Top’ or whatever you like in the name section. For the web address, type: javascript:scroll(0,0)

That’s it! You may want to add an exclamation point before ‘Jump to Top’ so that it stays on top of the favorites list.
